You will learn which foods and food ingredients lead to food cravings and weight gain by stimulating certain brain chemicals and which foods lead to inflammation in the body. You will be introduced to foods that contribute to long-term optimal health and keep degenerative diseases at bay. All sessions are designed with the individual's needs, food preferences and lifestyle in mind. The sessions include lots of great handouts, food-tasting, shopping lists, etc. The program is very hands-on, empowering and most of all FUN! Through counseling and teaching, even of cooking skills, we work with you to help you reach your maximum health potential in all areas - body, mind, and spirit.
